Mr. Gottel’s present practice concentrates on civil liability defense of auto and premises liability cases in addition to handling cases regarding allegations of civil rights violations. Mr. Gottel represents a local school district in regard to special education claims under the IDEA as well as a local township and school district in regard to property tax assessment appeals. Mr. Gottel has presented school district seminars, in addition to preparing and presenting continuing education classes and educational seminars for attorneys and clients.
