Ms. Maddaloni has extensive experience representing municipalities and their employees in tort claims and civil rights matters. She has also litigated matters pertaining to the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act ( RLUIPA) and the Telecommunications Act of 1996. She has trial experience in both state and federal court. She frequently serves as an arbitrator, as well as a mediator. 

Ms Maddaloni previously served as Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court of Delaware County (2014 to 2018), giving her fist hand experience working in a government setting. She speaks at numerous continuing legal education (CLE) programs, including ones sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the Delaware County Bar Association, and the Register Wills/ Clerk of Orphans’ Court Association of Pennsylvania on such topics as guardianship petitions, procedures in will contests, and civil rights matters. Ms. Maddaloni is available for consultations and seminar instruction on general municipal and police practices, policy and procedures, providing recommendations for municipalities and agencies looking to reduce possible exposure in future litigation.
