Ms. Muneses served as a law clerk intern to The Honorable Jerome O. Herlihy of the Superior Court of Delaware, and as a staff writer for the Widener Law Forum.  Her past career was  as a Certified Respiratory Therapist for Franklin Square Hospital in Maryland. 


Prior to joining the firm of Holsten & Associates, Ms. Muneses worked as a private practice attorney and and negotiator, with an emphasis in handling personal injury and workers compensation litigation.  She also served as in-house counsel for Royal & Sun Alliance Indemnity Co., concentrating on defending employers, in workers’ compensation matters.   


Ms. Muneses currently dedicates her practice to all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation, from hearing through the appeal process.  Her practice includes guidance and advice in the area of claims and management of workers' compensation issues and injury prevention, along with working with her clients to negotiate resolutions of difficult claims.  She regularly handles cases relating to healthcare, business, and government issues.  Several workers' compensation issues presented by Ms. Muneses have become published Opinions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
